  “Nothing stated in any communication with a UC Extension employee shall become a binding and enforceable term or condition of employment unless and until confirmed in writing in a ‘University of California Extension Instructor Agreement,’ fully executed by the instructor and an authorized UC Extension representative.”

• All handwritten changes to any agreement must be countersigned by both parties.
