Where can I learn more about the changes for Open Enrollment?

Do I need to re-enroll in my Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) and/or DepCare FSA?

Yes. You need to re-enroll annually in your Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Make sure you establish the amount you will use, because any cash balance will be forfeited after April 15, 2011.

I forgot my user name / password for At Your Service Online. How can I reset this information?

You can reset your user name or password on the At Your Service website by selecting 'Forgot your User Name or Password'. You will receive an e-mail containing a temporary password. You must retrieve and update your password within 4 hours.

How can I decide which plan will work best for me?

You may use the Medical Plan Chooser to compare the plans side-by-side based on your personal needs and preferences. To learn more, watch the Medical Plan Chooser tutorial.
