Benefits Open Enrollment for 2010 - UC Irvine Information Sessions

Summary: If you have questions about changing your benefits during Open Enrollment, plan on attending one of the following information sessions.

Open Enrollment will run from 8:00 a.m., Thursday, October 29 through 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2009.


October 29
- 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Open Enrollment Open Session by UCI Human Resources, Moss Cove B, UCI Student Center. Register via TED (Training and Employee Development)

November 3 - 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Health Net Workshop, Moss Cove B, UCI Student Center. Register via TED (Training and Employee Development).

November 4 - 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Kaiser Permanente Workshop, Moss Cove B, UCI Student Center. Register via TED (Training and Employee Development).

November 5 - 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m - Anthem Blue Cross Workshop, Moss Cove B, UCI Student Center. Register via TED (Training and Employee Development)

November 6 - 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - UCI Medical Center Open Enrollment Open Session by UCI Human Resources, Building 55 RM 114, UCIMC. Register via UC Learning Center.

November 10- 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Cigna Healthcare Workshop, Moss Cove B, UCI Student Center. Register via TED (Training and Employee Development)

November 18
- 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Open Enrollment Open Session by UCI Human Resources, Moss Cove B, UCI Student Center. Register via TED (Training and Employee Development)

November 19- 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. - United Behavioral Health (UBH) Workshop, McDonnell Douglas Auditorium. Register via TED (Training and Employee Development)

November 20 - 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - UCI Medical Center Open Enrollment Open Session by UCI Human Resources, Building 55 RM 114, UCIMC. Register via UC Learning Center.
